Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

Express Shipping

  • Cost: $2.99
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on destination and local customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur.

If your package has not arrived within:

  • 20 business days for Standard Shipping
  • 10 business days for Express Shipping

please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. HASA Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work toward a suitable resolution.
